Shipping policy

• All orders placed will ship within 2 days of purchase. (including weekends)
• If a shipping label cannot be created, we will contact you by email or phone (if provided). 
• If the customer has not responded to our email or phone call within 72 hours we will cancel and refund the purchase.
• If a refund is issued you will be charged a $5 re-stocking fee. 
• All orders will be shipped with tracking. If an order says it has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Any purchase over $150 will ship for free in the U.S (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and U.S territories)
• You may upgrade shipping for fastest delivery for $5 if $150 is spent.
• We reserve the right in our discretion to change shipping provider (UPS/USPS) to best match our actual shipping costs or to expedite shipping time for delivery.
• We reserve the right in our discretion to combine multiple orders into one shipment or split orders into multiple shipments.
• We do ship internationally. 

• International Shipping: For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. It’s important to be aware of your country’s customs policies and any associated charges before placing an international order.

• If you purchase a "Pre-Order" item your entire order will not ship until the date specified in the title or description.
• Anyone who uses the code "twitch" at checkout for free shipping will have their items opened live on Twitch. You can purchase shipping at any time for your opening for $5. Live event shipping can be found in the "Twitch live" section.
• If you reach $125 spent on Twitch Events your bag will ship for FREE.
