Do you offer free shipping?

If you place an order for $125 or over you will receive an option for free shipping. Free shipping will ship via UPS ground or USPS parcel select.

After placing an order how long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders placed will ship next day, except for Sundays. Any orders placed on Saturday will ship Monday.

Do you ship cases?

Yes, if you place an order for a product that totals a case of that product we will ship it sealed to you. Sealed cases will be placed inside another box or wrapped before shipping.

Do you buy collections?

Yes, if you have a collection you are looking to sell please send an email to vividimaginationcards.com. We will review your collection online before saying yes or no to buying.

Do you guys have a physical shop?

We currently only operate online. Although we do offer local pick up for the locals of Northern Arizona. 

My package says delivered but I have not received it.

Unfortunately if a package shows delivered successfully we will not issue a refund. Please contact the carrier of the package. If we can help in anyway we will.
